Emily Prigmore

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social work from New Mexico Highlands University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I work with adolescents, families and young adults both in person and online.

Stepping into a therapeutic relationship can feel incredibly vulnerable, and a lot of people don't know where to begin. I get it! I seek to show up with authenticity and build a strong relationship with my clients. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques and Attachment theory.

I work with my clients on building awareness, developing coping skills, addressing shame, and increasing overall fulfillment. Together, we establish goals and identify your core needs.
