Great to meet you!

I have been working as an adult-focused clinical neuropsychologist in local outpatient hospital settings for over ten years. Before that, I have trained in various instituations across the country, focusing on assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment for adults with vast developmental, medical, psychological, and neurological conditions.

Throughout this time, I have become passionate about the diagnosis of ADHD in adults. While it is known as a neurodevelopmental condition, it can have debilitating impacts for adults, if not understood and addressed. My passion is to empower individuals, particularly women, by allowing them to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to provide insight regarding what it may be that's holding you back from reaching your goals. My hope is to provide validation, compassion, education, and problem solving for optimal success.

What you can expect from our first session

For years, I have experienced both professionally and personally the great need for ADHD diagnosis and education in adults, whose diagnosis had been pverlooked as children. I have seen how it can impact one's self esteem, relationships, and ability to function in a meaningful way. I am here to assist in helping you better understand your unique cognitive, behavioral, and emotional limitations that keep you from experiencing your potential.
