Great to meet you!

I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I obtained my Bachelors in Neuroscience from Colorado College and my Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from University of Southern Maine. I also attended a residency through VA Boston and a fellowship through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I interweave traditional and functional psychiatry to help my clients achieve symptom relief and optimal mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that individuals need to feel good about their mental health treatment. I aim to equip my clients with the knowledge they need to make empowered decisions about their mental health. I see medication not as a destination but a tool to help my clients gain traction on their journey to optimal mental wellness. My goals are to expand resilience, uproot causes where possible, and guide value-driven life choices to help elevate my clients to their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, I seek to understand you—your needs, values, and preferences for treatment. Based on these elements, we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that we implement, adjust, and expand in a systematic, collaborative way until we find the combination that works best for you. Treatment modalities may include psychiatric medication, supplementation, lab testing, nutrition, mindfulness, somatic approaches, sleep coaching, lifestyle medicine, and supportive psychotherapy.

Please note: While I incorporate supportive psychotherapy into psychiatric care, I do not currently offer stand-alone weekly psychotherapy. If we determine that ongoing psychotherapy would best support your goals, I'll help you identify the qualities you're looking for in a therapist and provide appropriate referrals.
