Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Master's in Social Work in 2011 and have been practicing in the field since 2012. I worked at Belmont Behavioral Hospital from 2012-2021 in various departments over the years including Drug & Alcohol, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and DBT programs. Following my years at Belmont, I worked at Springfield Psychological for a year before starting my own practice.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence based practices like CBT and DBT, and my approach is warm, open-minded, and empowering.
