Great to meet you!

As Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to empowering clients to build resiliency and find creative ways to navigate life’s ups and downs. I specialize in working with Neurodivergent children and adults, as well as those coping with grief, anxiety, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

In our initial sessions, I prioritize empathetic listening to connect with your unique story and understand your individual needs. My approach is distinctive in that I integrate my training and experiences as both a counselor and music therapist into our work together. Creative approaches, such as music, help you externalize thoughts and emotions that may be hard to express through words alone. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness practices such as breathing and meditation.

What you can expect from me

Counseling provides a space to process life experiences, understand their meaning and significance, and create action plans for tangible growth. I strive to help you redefine the stories you tell about your lived experiences and construct a purpose-driven life that balances freedom and responsibility. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or seeking to develop resilience and coping strategies, I am here to support you every step of the way.
