Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a wide variety of areas, including bereavement support, grief and loss counseling, crisis intervention services, substance abuse counseling, and managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I help couples and families overcome conflict, build communication, cohesion, and intimacy, set boundaries and create structure.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership. I believe that you are the expert on you. I will bring my expertise in therapy and using a collaborative, solution-oriented, and strengths based approach, I will work with you to address your challenges and achieve your goals. I always aim to provide a safe and judgement-free space for my clients to explore and express themselves, their relationships, thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Creating change and growth requires work, and you are worth the effort! As long as you’re willing to do the work, I will work with you.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an opening session where I learn all about you—your story, your needs, and what you hope to get from therapy. I like to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel safe and supported sharing your vulnerabilities. Therapy is a safe space for growth, and in our time together I am to support, guide, and direct you toward your goals.
