Great to meet you!

Life transitions, trauma, and loss can leave us feeling untethered, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected. Inspired by the natural resilience of the penguin huddle, where individuals step inward from the harsh Antarctic winds to find shared warmth and co-regulation, I founded Huddle and Heal to provide an authentic, judgment-free sanctuary for adults ready to reclaim their lives.

My therapeutic approach is grounded, direct, and deeply collaborative. In therapy, you are always the author of your own story and in the driver’s seat of your journey. I act as a steady navigator, providing evidence-based clinical roadmaps, gentle pacing, and practical tools to help you process past experiences, quiet internal chaos, and build sustainable momentum.

I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique nervous system and history, including:

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on a foundation of warmth, direct communication, and deep respect for the individual. My philosophy is simple: meet clients exactly where they are. I provide a safe, authentic environment that balances clear, actionable insights with the essential space clients need to reflect and process. In my care, you are invited to show up as your true self, supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we focus on three main things: getting to know you as an individual, understanding your story and current context, and setting actionable goals to guide our work moving forward.
