I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of TX and I'm trained in EMDR, CPT, DBT, CBT, MI, and more.
My approach to therapy varies depending on my client's needs and goals. I have a lot of tools in my toolbox that I can pull from, and this allows me to adapt my approach to what my client most needs.
I always try to help clients leave my office feeling better than when they walked in. I like to help clients set attainable and realistic goals each week that they can work towards to make sure steps are being taken towards their goals outside of our sessions too.
