Great to meet you!

I am a dually licensed clinical social worker in New York and Massachusetts (LICSW). With over a decade in the field, I support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, It is always tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

I specialize in working with survivors of trauma. I’m deeply committed to helping clients move toward healing and post-traumatic growth.

Whether you’re coping with anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or facing a major life transition, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Therapy with me is rooted in connection and trust. A trauma-informed lens means that we will move at your pace, center your autonomy, and work together in a way that honors your experiences and strengths. Together, we’ll gently untangle what feels overwhelming and help you reclaim your sense of safety, agency, and self-worth — in your own way and in your own time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, always tailored to your individual needs and goals. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and I am deeply committed to helping clients move toward healing, reclaiming their sense of safety, and fostering post-traumatic growth.

At the heart of my work is a strong belief in the healing power of human connection. I show up as my true, genuine, and authentic self, meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore the patterns or “stuck points” that may be holding you back and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you — because I don’t believe you’re broken. It’s about walking alongside you as you navigate your path, helping you reconnect with your inner resilience, and supporting you in building a life that feels more grounded, whole, and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

By working together, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and truly met where you are. We'll explore what's feeling heavy and disconnected leading you to gently uncover patterns that may be holding you back. With the intent to work towards clarity, healing, and growth. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, or life changes, therapy is a place for you to reconnect with yourself and move forward at your own pace — feeling a little more grounded each step of the way.
