Great to meet you!

Hello there! Being a human is hard. I am so glad that you are looking for support. I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with humans of all ages and genders to let go of what isn't working for them and to step into their authentic selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate Art Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness to support clients in the healing and growing process. My goal is to help clients express themselves, be heard, and become aware of their own inner strengths and voice. I also offer individual and group Art Therapy-EMDR Intensives. Please reach out to me directly to learn if an intensive is right for you.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session will be an opportunity for me to get to know you, your goals, and what you want out of therapy. Remember, this is your space, your time.
