Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s of Social Work degree from Colorado State University in 2019. After 9 months in community mental health, I moved to Texas and completed an 18-month clinical internship in a group practice before becoming fully licensed as a LCSW and opening my own private practice. I am a certified clinical trauma professional who specializes in nervous system regulation and post-traumatic growth and have had specialized training in ERP and ACT to treat anxiety and OCD.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, understanding that every client's needs are different. The most important thing is that clients feel seen and valued for exactly who they are and that I provide a safe place for you to process difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories.

What you can expect from me

Client can expect to feel seen and heard without judgement. I will teach you skills to regulate your emotions, relate to your thoughts in a health way, safely process traumatic memories, and live in a way that is in alignment with your values.
