Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly trying to manage everything on your own. You may be carrying the weight of grief, navigating unexpected changes, or feeling exhausted from the pressure to keep everything under control. Maybe you set high expectations for yourself, struggle with feeling “good enough,” or find yourself stuck between pushing through and shutting down. I offer a space to slow down, understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and build healthier ways to cope.

I help those who are feeling the weight of stress, perfectionism and control-related struggles. Together we explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck and create space to shift toward clarity, balance, and self compassion.

My approach to therapy

I help those who are feeling the weight of stress, perfectionism and control-related struggles. Together we explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck and create space to shift toward clarity, resilience and self-compassion. Whether you're dealing with loss or a lifetime of internal pressure, I offer a nonjudgmental space to slow down, process and heal.

What you can expect from me

I take a practical, goal-focused approach, using evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I often utilize EMDR, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, so our work is both effective and supportive.

I believe in working together and collaborating on strategies that are fitting for your needs. I tend to be straightforward because it helps people make real changes faster, even if it can feel challenging at times. That said, I also make sure sessions are relatable and supportive, so clients feel comfortable sharing honestly. Feel free to book a free 15 min phone consultation.
