Great to meet you!

I hold space for the experiences that can feel hardest to name and sit in, yet most important to process. I specialize in bereavement, end-of-life care, medical trauma, special needs support, caregivers, anxiety, life stressors, and identity exploration. With me, you are seen, heard, and supported through lifes journey.

My approach to therapy

Counseling is not only a safe space, but a brave space-- meaning there is vulnerability and courage in showing up, sitting in our grief or emotions, and allowing someone else into this sacred space. I recognize the sacred honor and privilege of being invited in. The theraputic enviornment and relationship is what is most impactful. Sessions with me are warm, energetic, and real.

What you can expect from me

We'll build a relationship. We'll talk about your history and what drew you to engage in support. We'll collaborate together to create a roadmap that feels right for you.
