Great to meet you!

I am person-centered therapist with over 20 years' experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked in outreach, residential, and clinic settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of life experiences. I value creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection while navigating current life stressors, past experiences and life transitions at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is a space to gain insight, build skills, and develop greater self- understanding.

My approach to therapy

My practice is primarily talk-therapy based and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I integrate these approaches to help better understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, improve coping skills, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

I strive to offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment focused on emotional growth, and your long-term well-being moving towards meaningful change. Our first session is a starting point to discuss what you would like therapy to look like, questions we both have, and exploring how I can best support you. I look forward to working with you!
