A bit about my approach to therapy

Emily brings an empathetic, strength based and direct approach to therapy pulling from modalities such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy: DBT, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Sandtray Therapy. Emily is not a therapist who just sits back and observed, her hope is you will feel like you are in natural conversation with a bit of psycho education, skill building an all the pop culture references!
