Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to supporting individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds as they navigate emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I have experience serving diversive populations including hospice, adults, geriatric, and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based intervention of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I use Cognitive Processing Therapy to help clients process trauma-related experiences, examine unhelpful beliefs and thinking patterns, and develop healthier perspectives.

I work with adolescents and adults adapting treatment to each client's individual needs, developmental level, experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should be collaborative and practical, giving clients tools they can use beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to build. I believe that growth is possible at every stage of life and that therapy can provide the support, skills, and space needed to create lasting change.

Our first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. You don't have to have everything figured out, and you don't have to tell me anything you're not ready to talk about.

You don't have to come in knowing exactly what you need. That's something we can figure out together. My job isn't to judge you or tell you what you should do. My job is to help you understand what's happening, develop tools to cope with it, and work toward the goals that are important to you.
