Hello! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and the owner of a solo private practice in Beavercreek, Ohio. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2023.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, complex trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and self-understanding. I especially enjoy working with clients who are seeking deeper insight into themselves, their relationships, and their lived experiences.

I believe connection can be deeply healing and that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted.

In sessions, I show up as my authentic self to foster meaningful and honest connection. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I am open-minded and thoughtful in exploring each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and personal story. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional insight, and lasting growth.

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment during our first session. My approach is generally flexible and conversational, allowing space for clients to share what feels most important or comfortable for them at their own pace.

I use curiosity and thoughtful questions to better understand each client’s experiences, relationships, and concerns. The first session is an opportunity for us to begin building trust, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from the process.
