Great to meet you!

My name is Emily Verner, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I have been practicing as licensed therapist working with both children and adults who experience challenges such as emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life stressors.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and continued my professional path in clinical practice, where I later obtained my clinical license in social work. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping clients build stronger emotional awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and rediscover their inner strengths.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, and empowering. I draw from a variety of evidence based behavioral therapy modalities while creating a safe and open environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative space where we work together to explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help guide you toward becoming the best and most authentic version of yourself while fostering a space that feels both encouraging and empowering.
