Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress. With a client-centered approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs—drawing from modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic insights.

My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth and healing. Whether you're seeking clarity, coping tools, or deeper self-understanding, I aim to help you feel heard, empowered, and connected. I offer virtual sessions to make therapy more accessible, flexible, and comfortable from wherever you are.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you—toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize your needs, goals, and values. Rooted in Carl Rogers’ person-centered approach, my work emphasizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I draw from several well-researched, evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Supporting the processing and integration of traumatic or distressing experiences to reduce emotional intensity and promote healing.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that impact emotions and behaviors.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Building skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Focusing on values, psychological flexibility, and meaningful action.
  • Mindfulness-Based Practices: Encouraging present-moment awareness to support emotional regulation and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

A better understanding of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, depression, or anger. As well as a renewed sense of direction or purpose.
