Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida, New Jersey, Iowa, and Massachusetts, with several years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have since worked in both residential and outpatient settings, helping adults navigate complex emotional experiences and build lasting resilience.

I’m trained in EMDR therapy and integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from the past, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe that therapy is a partnership where you bring your lived experience and I bring tools, insight, and support to help you reach your goals. I meet clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect—creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, integrating these approaches to fit your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether we’re processing trauma, reducing anxiety, or building coping strategies, I strive to help you develop awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Therapy with me is about more than symptom relief—it’s about healing, empowerment, and reconnecting with your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you’re free to share as much—or as little—as you feel comfortable. We’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s been challenging, and begin identifying what you’d like to gain from therapy.

I’ll also share more about how I work and answer any questions you may have about the process, so you feel informed and at ease. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels collaborative and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
