Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Missouri, and completed my Master of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University (SLU) with a clinical concentration. I have experience working with clients surrounding substance use, trauma, LGBTQ+-identity exploration and specific issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy creates a spacious environment for clients to be their most authentic selves, bolstered by an atmosphere of compassion and a high-value on growing self-awareness. I employ collaboration and straightforwardness, safety and understanding, and an emphasis on non-judgment as we explore your story. My strength is in my ability to support and nudge at the same time as we see what might need to shift in order for you to have a happier and more satisfying life.

What you can expect from me

Part of being human is encountering difficulty. Most of us accept this easily, but it is harder for us to accept ourselves while we face that difficulty! So many of our experiences in our families and our culture train us to ignore or get rid of our emotions, but we'll find room together, with mutual vulnerability and creativity. My heartfelt wish is to both nurture and challenge you to discover resources within and without. We'll meet your experiences with strength, clarity, and hope.
