
I help my clients develop coping mechanisms that can manage their symptoms and promote healing and emotional wellness. I assist clients in identifying what works for them and advocating for that process. I work collaboratively with clients in developing their ability to identify cues, triggers, and patterns to then take action and make meaningful changes.
I provide affirmation, validation, and acceptance of my client's experience and process. I welcome each client with compassionate curiosity, understanding, and a nonjudgmental presence.
I work with my clients to create a plan that meets their goals in dealing with any and all feelings that come up in their lives like sadness, anxiety, frustration, or disappointment. I am passionate about helping my clients remove the obstacles that are keeping them from moving forward by working with them from a client-centered approach to meet their individual needs.
