Great to meet you!

I would love the opportunity to get to know you and help you find your way towards healing and a values driven life. It takes courage to seek out a therapist. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where people feel heard and supported. I offer individual sessions, with the option of EMDR, to adults in Wisconsin. You can see me virtually or in person.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Polyvagal-informed approaches, and Ego States therapy to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, somatic safety, and internal resourcefulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I would love to begin the process of truly getting to know you, your history, and what you want to accomplish. We can collaborate to come up with a plan to help you get to where you want to be.
