Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. If you're used to carrying everything on your own, you don't have to do it alone.

My background includes working with active duty service members and military families in high-stress environments, giving me experience supporting clients through trauma, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, occupational stress, and emotional challenges. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe therapy should feel supportive while also helping clients create lasting, sustainable growth in their everyday lives. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while building on your existing strengths.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based interventions to help clients improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, develop resilience, and move toward the life they want to live. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, identify goals for treatment, and determine how I can best support you moving forward.

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially for people who are used to handling things on their own. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and approachable while balancing emotional support with practical guidance. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build effective coping strategies, and develop a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
