Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in Pennsylvania and formerly licensed in Washington state. I provide treatment for all ages via telehealth. I strive to create a peaceful, accepting environment and collaborative relationships so that the work done with clients leads to the development of effective coping skills and ultimately to lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

I primarily utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach, while pulling from other evidence-based treatment modalities including dialectical behavior therapy and exposure and response prevention. My approach emphasizes developing skills for coping with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, strong emotions, and depression.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, we will begin to develop a strong collaborative relationship where I aim to provide a comfortable and trusting environment in which you feel comfortable talking with me. I will spend time learning about your current concerns as well as relevant background in order to work together to identify treatment goals.
