Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change happens when we work together as equals. My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line; transitioning from the corporate world to clinical care allows me to blend evidence-based theories with practical, real-world application.

My approach to therapy

I am endlessly fascinated by the human mind, and I genuinely enjoy bringing a highly flexible approach to our sessions. Whether you need a safe space to just vent and be heard, want to explore the psychological theories behind your experiences, dive into creative exercises, or brainstorm practical, actionable solutions, I happily adapt to exactly what you need in the moment. When we process trauma together I love helping you discover your hidden strengths, appreciate the resilience you already carry, and build new tools for your future.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with a warm, welcoming introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve. If you aren't completely sure yet, that is entirely okay and we will figure it out together. My priority is to create an environment where you feel secure and heard. I view our first session as a mutual exploration and a dedicated time for you to evaluate the space. I encourage you to trust your instincts and be completely honest with yourself about whether we are a good match. We will spend our time discussing your current goals, exploring what you are looking for in therapy, and designing a path forward that feels supportive to you.
