Together we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, body, environment, relationships, and past shape how you feel and act today. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build insight and practical tools. We might shift unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping strategies, learn to regulate emotions, and explore your inner world to better understand your relationship to the outside world. I bring in mindfulness techniques to help you connect with yourself as you work through challenges, heal, and grow.
