Suicidal ideation, disordered eating, gender transition, psychosis, and complex PTSD are among the multitude of clinical need areas that I have assisted my clients in moving through in my 9 years as a community mental health worker and therapist. I have a relational style that combines humor and heart with targeted, solution-focused interventions.

I offer psychotherapy to adults who are looking to improve their quality of life by expanding their access to internal & external resources.

I offer individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth. I also provide short-term case management services for TGNC clients.
