Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism and OCD. Supporting young people and their families has always been at the heart of my work. I am committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive mental health care. Having grown up and trained in Boston, I am proud to serve the community that is my home.

My approach to therapy

Creating a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported is critical to my practice. I appreciate collaboration with other providers to provide the best care. Whether we are navigating a new diagnosis, exploring medication options or working to better understand your thoughts and behavioral patterns, we will work together to find an approach that works for you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we can get to know each other. You'll have an opportunity to share your story and what brought you to seek medication management/therapy.
