Great to meet you!

As your therapist, I take a collaborative, non-judgmental, experiential approach to psychotherapy. I will join you in creating a deeper understanding of yourself and your life by helping you organize your emotions and attuning to the sensations throughout your body. Through our work, you will gain a wholesome sense of who you are. With safety and connection we will build tolerance to life’s experiences. Allowing you to engage fully with life through the trust that is created within yourself.

My approach to therapy

My special interests are depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I work with individuals, couples, and families while utilizing a family systems approach. This approach focuses on the individuals family system as a whole, exploring familial values and customs, rules, roles, and attachment relationships. My hope is you will create a secure foundation within yourself.

What you can expect from me

Providing a safe space is one of my top priorities in order for growth to take place. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most essential factors that will determine a client's growth and progress. I would love to work with you and would be honored to be a part of your journey.
