Great to meet you!

My specialty is in supporting individuals who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and transitional phases of life. I work primarily with teens, adults, young parents, LGBTQIA+, front-line workers, and first responders. During my career I have furthered my education and specialization to become a Certified First Responder Associate (CFRA). I have a passion for working with first responders, as well as their families. I recognize the unique and often unseen pressures that come with fire service, EMS, law enforcement, and dispatch.

I became a therapist because I experienced the transformative power of understanding and support through therapy in my own life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and the life you want to create. I’m passionate about helping you discover your strength and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative, person-centered approach to tailor each session to your specific needs. I integrate DBT and ACT to help you manage intense emotions and increase acceptance, alongside CBT techniques to help shift unhelpful thought patterns. I am trained in EMDR to help you reprocess traumatic memories to reduce emotional charge.

What you can expect from me

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and deep understanding is crucial. Many clients describe feeling overwhelmed when they first come to therapy. I work with them to create a safe, supportive space where they can explore their emotions. I am deeply committed to creating a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported.
