Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to goals, growth, and stability. For eleven years I was a school counselor which highlighted the growing mental health needs. So, the past three years I have shifted my focus to private practice to help clients ages 8-40. Seeking help is one of the hardest parts in your journey, so congratulations on taking that first step and prioritizing your mental health!

My approach to therapy

Everyone has their story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

From the start, your story and therapeutic goals are most important! We will work together to create a roadmap to learn, grow and achieve. I strive to create a warm, respectful and welcoming environment that allows you to feel secure and comfortable sharing so we can work through obstacles together.
