Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a full, joyful life—even when facing difficult challenges or systemic barriers. I am a licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from Washington University’s Brown School. I have particular experience supporting individuals with anxiety, chronic pain, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-focused and collaborative—I believe deeply in honoring your innate wisdom and strengths as we work together toward growth and healing. As a queer, disabled therapist, I understand the unique grief that can come with living in a world not built with our identities or bodies in mind. I use warmth, humor, and compassion to support people coping with symptoms like anxiety and depression, assisting them in finding healing and ease through acceptance, mindfulness skills, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, low-pressure space where we begin getting to know each other—I may even bring a little humor in to help things feel more comfortable. I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s been going on for you, while also making plenty of room for you to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to get out of therapy and what goals feel most meaningful to you. Above all, my approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and helping you feel truly seen and supported from the start.
