Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of experience supporting adolescents (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, maternal mental health concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, creating a judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood while developing practical tools for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR to help clients better understand their experiences, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be both insightful and actionable—helping you connect the dots while developing tools you can carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what you’d like therapy to look like for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—I’ll help guide the conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of your goals and what we can work toward together.
