Great to meet you!

I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers! I specialize in neurodevelopmental conditions (like autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), and executive functioning skills- focusing, managing emotions, problem solving, and more. I also love working with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, existential crises, and life transitions!

I have ten years of experience in mental healthcare, and have an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University.

You are welcome to message me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation! Otherwise, you can use this calendar to schedule an intake session with me.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach- my favorite types of therapy to use are:

  • Polyvagal theory: all about how our nervous systems work- understanding how our nervous systems respond to our environments, and how we connect to other humans
  • Internal family systems (IFS): This is great for understanding where core beliefs come from (such as feeling "never good enough" or "too much for other people"), and creating real change by healing those limiting beliefs and integrating more adaptive beliefs!

What you can expect from me

I provide an open and safe space where clients can freely talk about their lives, and I add structure to keep us focused on your goals.

Some clients prefer a more structured session format rather than a totally open/unguided therapy session- I'm experienced in finding the right balance between both for each client.

Also- I use diagrams often in sessions, and find visual aids helpful!

I like to focus on finding therapy tools that will actually help integrate insights from therapy into real life, and help create real change!
