Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Emma. I am a newly Licensed Clinical Social Worker but have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years now. My background includes substance abuse, community mental health, and most recently, mental health in a correctional setting. I enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, primarily with adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a person centered approach, which basically means it's about you! I focus on your needs, your strengths, and your goals and help create a space that is safe and supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

My goal for our first session is to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and go over any questions or concerns you might have about starting your therapy journey. My hope is that you walk away feeling comfortable and heard.
