Great to meet you!

If you are experiencing the aftermath of trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, or anxiety, I am ready to walk with you on the path toward well-being. I enjoy working with people who are new to therapy (and maybe a little skeptical) who are looking to make meaningful change and don't know where to start. If you are open to trying new things and want share your questions and reservations, I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

The approaches I use most are Somatic Experiencing (SE) and EMDR. I am trained in other modalities and would be happy to work with you on your individual needs.

My top values are intuition, honesty, and courage which guide my feedback-oriented communication style. This feedback goes both ways, I encourage clients to share when something isn't working in the therapy or our relationship. I believe that transparency is key in a therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

During our time together, we will work collaboratively toward your goals. This can include tangible skills, self-knowledge, and daily practices depending on what you are looking to accomplish. The approaches I use are trauma-informed and incorporate aligning our actions to our values.
