Great to meet you!

My name is Emma, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Chicago, Illinois. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating daily challenges including anxiety, depression, self-esteem troubles, stress, communication/family difficulties, and more. I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel accepted, empowered, and supported. I believe change happens through a validating therapeutic relationship and I am passionate about helping clients move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based practices to help clients work through depression, anxiety trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, family conflict. and more. In our first few sessions, you can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your goals guide our work. My clients often describe therapy with me as both comforting and empowering—a place where you can feel accepted, laugh, be vulnerable, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or ready for change, I’d be honored to support you. Together, we can create a safe space for healing, growth, and lasting change. I welcome you to reach out—I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
