Great to meet you!

My experience training at NYU and work as a Clinical Supervisor in the field of co-occurring disorders has made me comfortable in confronting a wide array of challenges. I look forward to meeting new people with diverse needs and desires. I currently facilitate a therapy group for professionals in which specific challenges, e.g., trauma and burnout, are validated and treated. It is a privilege to work with these populations and to support their journey towards self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe psychotherapy is both an art and a science. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and hold sessions that feel collaborative and supportive in nature. My focus in therapy lies in creating a safe environment that allows individuals the opportunity for exploration, healing, and growth. By utilizing a holistic approach, it is possible to address all aspects of health and wellness while treating mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I am here to facilitate dialogue about difficult issues that will help improve the mind-body connection using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy techniques. I am also here to support the development of coping skills that will strengthen emotional regulation and reduce psychiatric symptoms. The environment I create will always be free of judgment - something I can train you to employ for yourself. It is my goal to ensure that clients feel validated and empowered when they leave each session.
