Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a licensed mental health professional committed to helping clients navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness, I help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward their personal goals.

I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I work alongside clients to help them gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused strategies, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.

I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and building the tools needed to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and review relevant personal history to better understand your needs. Together, we will begin developing a plan tailored to your unique situation and identify practical steps toward achieving your goals. My priority is to help you feel heard, comfortable, and confident in the therapeutic process.
