Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Health Counseling from Monmouth University and have experience working in various settings such as a crisis center, Partial Hospitalization program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and outpatient therapy. I work with adults across the lifespan, with a particular focus on young adults navigating difficult life transitions. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment-related stress, anger management, dual diagnosis, relationship and family concerns, as well as college and workplace stressors. I also work with clients struggling with low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing patterns, and other challenges that impact overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques. I work with clients to identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and gain deeper insight into the underlying causes of their challenges. My goal is to empower clients to feel more confident, self-aware, and in control of their lives while creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll discuss your goals and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clear sense of what working together will look like.
