Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I take a holistic approach to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I primarily work with adolescents (ages 13–18) and young adults (ages 19–40) who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My priority is to create a space where you feel truly heard, validated, and respected. While I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor our work to your unique needs and help you move toward living a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brings you to therapy, and setting goals for your journey. My hope is to build a strong foundation of trust, so you feel safe and supported as you share your story.
