Welcome! My name is Emma and I am a licensed psychotherapist in California. I work with a wide range of clients, but have a focus in working with children, caregivers/parents, and those working through stress and trauma.

While we will used the best and most research approaches for you, including CBT, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Solution-Focused Therapies and more, I see myself as a guide for you to move through your current stressors in order to live your best life. My demeanor tends to be casual- I have been known to drink coffee in sessions, joke with my clients, and I truly aim to be someone to witness your growth.
