Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Emma! As a clinician, I specialize in supporting women and the LGBTQ+ community while providing care to individuals of all identities. I am deeply committed to dismantling the stigmas surrounding sexuality, gender, and women’s health, offering compassionate and non-judgmental care to all my clients. With experience in addressing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relational challenges, trauma, and grief, I believe therapeutic work can be transformative at any stage of life. I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing, growth, and self-empowerment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Feminist Therapy, with a foundation in a person-centered approach. I believe each client is the expert of their own life and understands their own needs best. I see myself as a change advocate, partnering with you to help you become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is successful with a comfortable and calming environment that is nonjudgmental in which people can work through their struggles. I want to help you achieve your goals and work towards a better quality of life. Together, we will navigate challenges and empower you to create meaningful, lasting change.
