Great to meet you!

I have a particular passion for working with people affected by cancer. With a background in medical social work, I have extensive experience supporting people processing the emotional and practical weight of a diagnosis, and the grief that can follow, whether you're in treatment, survivorship, grieving the loss of a loved one, or preparing for end of life. I received a masters in social work from Columbia University and have spent the bulk of my career working at Memorial Sloan Kettering supporting patients and caregivers across the disease continuum.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're navigating a cancer diagnosis, grieving a significant loss, managing anxiety, or adjusting to a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in working with individuals and couples during some of life's most difficult chapters. My approach is collaborative and exploratory — I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you find clarity, make meaning of your experiences, and forge a path forward. Drawing on psychodynamic and person-centered approaches, we'll look not just at what's happening, but at the deeper patterns and relationships that shape how you move through the world. Together, we'll cultivate a space of authenticity and trust, where you can show up exactly as you are.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs and individual goals. In our first few sessions, we will explore what brings you to therapy and how your perspectives shape your lived experience.
