Great to meet you!

My name is Emma and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a therapist for five years and have experience working with all ages specifically ages two to twenty-one. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate the many changes that can occur in our lives. This can include adjustment concerns, such as life transitions, new schools/jobs or relationships, as well as emotional behavioral struggles such as stress, anger, depression, anxiety or ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, trauma, anger management, behavior problems and relationship conflicts. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and other modalities to help people in achieving better mental health.

What you can expect from me

I hope to cultivate a safe place for you to feel heard, empowered, and confident in your journey moving forward. I want to help you find the tools to keep growing. At this time, I do not have any waitlists for scheduling initial sessions; so you can reach out today for an appointment. I look forward to walking along this journey with you.
