Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

My name is Emma, and I am a licensed therapist whose passion, knowledge, and expertise has been from working with women from many different backgrounds and walks of life. I received my masters in counseling from Pennsylvania Western University and have spent the last two years working with nurses and nursing students. Prior to that, I have spent many years working with youth and young adult women in psychiatric and hospital settings providing specialized care and support with grief/loss, relationship and familial issues, life changes, and general life exploration.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is conversational with a purpose. I am a believer that being open, honest, and curious about ourselves puts us in a position to create real changes we want for our lives. From there, I challenge my clients and work creatively in therapy to bridge together the life they are living and the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an introduction into your world! It's a time where we can establish what you are wanting out of this experience, answer any questions you may have for me, and to begin creating that safe space that is necessary for us to dive into the real work together.
