Great to meet you!

Hi there! Finding a therapist can be intimidating, and I'm so proud of you for reaching this step in seeking the support you need. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for reaching your goals, whatever they may be, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you on this journey. I received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and have spent my counseling career working in a variety of settings, including outpatient, IOP, and inpatient/residential treatment.

My approach to therapy

I value humor, authenticity, and compassion in therapy, and I hope to empower clients to overcome shame and trauma so they can reach their fullest potential. My specialties include eating disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, intimate partner violence, and general mental health concerns. I also work with those who have experienced trauma, as well as personality/conduct considerations.

What you can expect from me

I hope to foster an environment where you can bring your whole self and reach your goals. I believe in collaborating with clients to determine their treatment goals and the best path to get there. When you leave therapy, I want you to feel empowered to create a life worth living.
