Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over five years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults ages 18 through 68 and older. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative, combining medication management with supportive therapy. I strive to create a respectful, culturally sensitive environment where you feel heard, empowered, and supported in your journey toward improved mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values. My style is warm, supportive, and holistic, creating a safe and judgment-free space where clients feel heard and involved in their care.

I specialize in treating adults ages 18 through 68 and older with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. My approach combines comprehensive evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and supportive therapy, with a focus on improving overall functioning, stability, and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. My priority is to listen and fully understand what brought you in, your current symptoms, your personal history, and your goals for treatment.

We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss any previous treatments, and explore factors that may be impacting your mental health. Together, we will identify clear, realistic goals—such as symptom reduction, improved daily functioning, better emotional regulation, or enhanced overall well-being—and begin developing a personalized treatment plan.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of your diagnosis (if applicable), recommended treatment options, and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident about the path forward.
