Great to meet you!

I believe that the strength and confidence needed to live life with purpose begins with an honest and brave look at oneself. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your fears, doubts, guilt, shame, and identity — and begin replacing distorted thoughts and faulty beliefs with truth that transforms. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship conflict, grief, low self-worth, or spiritual discouragement, I provide a safe space for you to process your experiences honestly and without judgment. I am certified in CBT, Anxiety, Depression, and Self-esteem training for a variety of issues you face.

My approach to therapy

I honor each client's unique story with respect and care, drawing from diverse approaches and integrating faith when requested. As a brown Latino male, I am committed to fostering a space where all voices are heard, valued, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Growing up in a single-parent household taught me the value of resilience and empathy. I know what it's like to feel unseen or unheard, and I strive to create a safe space where your story is honored, your voice is valued, and your healing is supported every step of the way.
